Refund PERSONAL Plan

  Hello, I ask for the cancellation of my business subscription, I received the refund via Paypal. But, the amount of the Personnel plan previously subscribed was not refunded to me. How to cancel the personal subscription too?

  Please note that refunds are bound by a 30-day window. To quote from the refunds page on WordPress.com https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/, it says “For plans and all other purchases, you must cancel within 30 days of purchase to receive a refund. If you used the domain credit to register a new domain, the normal cost of registration will be deducted from your refund. If you mapped an existing domain, or never used a domain, you will receive a full refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 30 days.”

  If you had applied for a refund on the Personal plan, it would be refunded in full. If you request for it after the 30 days time, there won’t be any refund.

  the amount of the Personnel plan previously subscribed was not refunded to me.

  I’ve refunded the remaining €48 to you and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement — international refunds (outside the US) can take a few extra days but the refund is on its way.

  The total amount you paid has been refunded now.
