Refund + plan cancellation

  Hello,

  We were billed €90 on September 17, 2022 while we have no active plan on wordpress.com. Please let us know what this billing is for, how to get reimbursed and how to avoid being billed in the future.

  I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
