Refund Please?

I have attempted to give WP a chance and I am VERY disappointed! I purchased a domain name a couple of weeks ago and find the whole process NOT user friendly. I am finding Blogger much more realistic for my needs. I know that WP offers a trial-type basis for their customers. I would appreciate a refund of $25, I would consider staying, but wanted to change my domain name. That option is currently not available because staff is meeting together and won’t be back “on” until October 29th?? Wierd. Plain wierd. Please advise. I hope to have communication with a real rep asap!

Unfortunately, your domain was purchased on October 3 and has passed the 48-hour refund policy on registered domains. Please note that this is different from other upgrades and is stated during the purchase process.
Canceling a domain after 2 days means you completely give up ownership of the domain and there is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register.
You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#update-nameservers
After 60 days from the date of purchase, renewal, or nameserver change, you may also transfer your domain to another registrar: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/#transfer-to-another-registrar
