I requested a refund for my premium upgrade on the same day I mistakenly purchased it. It still hasn’t gone through, Time Thief. Can you please give me an answer as to why it hasn’t been processed?? I did not request a refund of the domain name service, as I wish to keep my domain name.
I requested a refund of the Premium Upgrade only. $99? $99 back into my hard earned bank account! Like today, please!
