Refund? Please

Hello,
I was hoping I could receive a refund for my premium service. I have never used your services. (I tried to create a site with minimal success.) When I signed up for the premium service I was confused about the difference between wordpress.com and wordpress.org. I realize now that I can use your .org service.Thank you

Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.See here:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there.
