REFUND PLEASE

I would like to refund on my purchase of WordPress Premium (it’s been 19 days since I purchased it). When I go the the purchases page, it does not show what is displayed on the help instructions for getting a refund. It only talks about getting upgrades.

Unfortunately you have linked your wordpress.COM username to the wordpress.ORG page rather than to the wordpress.COM hosted site you purchased the upgrade for. Please provide the relevant wordpress.COM site link starting with http:// so you can proceed.

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

Not worries. I have canceled your subscription for the premium plan and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

I need to refund the mapping I just bought for burntbridgepress.wordpress.com It is mapping the blog now to an Asian porn site. I do not know what to do and would like to cancel the mapping immediately.

Please cancel and refund my domain registration renewal for eko-deko.com. It says I can cancel and get a refund since the 48 hours has not yet passed, but gives a message “This upgrade cannot be cancelled.” when I press the button “cancel and refund”. Then I visit the support section and get stuck in loops. This does not help a bit https://en.support.wordpress.com/cancel-domain/

The 48 hour cancel window only applies to new registrations. Domain renewals can only be cancelled by staff, so you did the right thing to post here.
Before I can cancel your domain, I have to confirm that you understand the following: If you cancel a domain you give up ownership of it. We cannot guarantee if or when the domain will be available again, and you might not be able to register it again in future. Additionally, this will cancel the domain immediately, so it won’t expire only on 13 January as it was originally supposed to.
If you want to use that domain with another site we can help you transfer it instead.
Please confirm how you would like me to proceed.

As you have a custom domain as part of your plan I must confirm if you want to cancel the domain as well? Keep in mind that once you cancel a domain, you give up ownership of it, and we cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again.
Once you confirm that, I can process your refund for you.
