Refund Please

  Hi there,

  On Sept 11 I purchased a personal bundle. Less than 24 hours later I cancelled my bundle and cancelled my domain registration expecting a full refund. I was only refunded one third of the price I paid. Can someone please look into this or otherwise give me a contact email to speak with support directly?

  You may have been charged the entire year cost of hosting in one go. So this would not be refunded, but the domain would be.

  I was under the impression that i would get a full refund if I did not like the service if I cancelled in less than 48 hours. That is what I did. Why bother having that policy if it is not upheld?

  I purchased a personal bundle for 48.55 NOTHING ELSE. I cancelled my PERSONAL BUNDLE in less than 24 hours? WHy would I not get a full refund? That makes NO SENSE.

  I find wordpress as a whole to be very greasy sneaky and misleading with their wording! Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service. WARNING: NEVER buy ANY UPGRADE from wordpress you will get less than 1/3rd of your money back. Full refund in less than 48 hours is a complete and total LIE.

  I GOT 14 DOLLARS BACK. WOW THANKS A LOT WORDPRESS ILL GO BUY A FUCKING MCDONALDS HAPPY MEAL WITH THAT. HAVE FUN WITH THE REST OF MY MONEY.

  I have issued the rest of your refund, and you should receive it in 5 to 10 days. If that’s too long, please contact your bank as that is the time that they take to process it and we have no control over the process once the refund is issued on our end.
