  Did you carry through and you use the appropriate process found here at Canceling and Refunding Purchases https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#canceling-and-refunding-purchases to cancel and request a refund?

  Which wordpress.COM plan did you purchase?
  Which wordpress.COM site did you purchase it for?

  As you can see from your Billings page the refund has been issued today:

  You should see that refund on your statement within 7-10 days.
