refund please

    I was charged full price for another year of use on my WordPress account. this is after I attempted to change my account to unenrolled last year. apparently even though I have not used my WordPress with in the last year I was charged again.

    please review my account to see that I have not been using it and I am asking you please don’t take this payment from me. I am a single father lives on a very tight budget and this will be detrimental for my finances if you take this money from me.

    as I stated above, I attempted to unenrolled from the auto payments and close my account last year. please refund me and ensure that my account is unen rolled & deactivated.

    PS – it also appears that your “contact support” link leads to a public forum which is embarrassing to members and unprofessional.

    It looks like you’ve already cancelled your plan and domain, and we’ve already issued a refund. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.

    The contact support link leads to a public forum because you have already cancelled your paid plan, so no longer have access to paid support.

    Just adding here that once you have received your refund, if you wish to permanently close your WordPress.com account, including deletion of all websites associated with that account and blocking of the username, you can follow this guide to closing your account https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/
