Refund please

  By mistake I bought a Personal Plan for 25.20 £. I was canceled subscriptions and I only received a refund of 3.20£ ?! Please, refund on my bank account the remaining 22 £.
  I have a free domain ( padlogpodcast.wordpress.com ) on your website and I want to stay with it.
