Refund please!

  I canceled my subscription on October 8th. Today November 7th I was charged $48.00. I would like my money back since I had canceled my subscription a month ago and DID NOT authorize wordpress to take any money out of my account.

  Good Morning –

  I’ve reviewed the account. I can see that on 2019-11-07 we refunded $48 for the personal plan and domain registration of rondapowell.net.

  That’s the only recent charge to that account. I’m not sure where the charge from October is coming from but it must be from a different user account. Do you know which site you were billed for back in October?
