  hello , I need a refund please , for the 2 domains I bought… I want to buy another 2 but I don’t have any money left and the domain names I have now don’t align with my purpose of what I wanna do, so please accept the refund of 28.56 dollars so I can start other domains with this money!

  Thank you for reaching out. I see that you cancelled those domains on April 19, just 16 days after purchasing them. I understand that this situation can be disappointing. Our refund policy allows refunds for domains within 96 hours (or 4 days) of purchase. Unfortunately, since the cancellation occurred outside of this timeframe, we are unable to process a refund for these domains.

  However, we can still restore them to your account, and you have the option to use them for the next year. Alternatively, if you prefer not to use them, you can allow them to expire.
