REFUND Please, I’ve been asking for sometime now.

    Hello,

    My name is Anthony Christopher, account email (email visible only to moderators and staff). I was recently charged for a service that I no longer used or really never used to begin with.

    I was charged 105.70, and I reached out regarding this issue previously asking for a refund and asking for potential refund on my initial purchase which was made Feb 25th of last year. I was never able to use services considering it required more and more subscriptions to do basic things. Please refund me for both if possible. I know the new one can be refunded but also the old one as well, you can check my account I never was able to use these services.
