Refund please, just do it stop telling me to go somewhere else!!

    Refund please I have asked for this a number of times a number of different ways. The more I try to get a refund without result the more I am becoming frustrated with your site.

    First off, you will need to decide if you want to keep sunbedyoga.com for use in the future. If so, I can process a partial refund of A$89 (A$119 minus A$30 for domain registration and private registration). If you do not want to use sunbedyoga.com again, I can cancel it.

    Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain sunbedyoga.com it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using sunbedyoga.com again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.

    Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it, remove the upgrade from your account, and process the full A$119 refund.

  • I have processed that refund for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.

    Going forward, you can point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), with these steps:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/change-name-servers/

    You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)
