refund policy

how do i get refunded for upgrade that i do not want? In the upgrades screen there is a cancel and refund button which prompts you to provide a reason and then continue to cancel. I did this and it also says that I should receive an email shortly confirming and I have received nothing. I am not sure what I am missing? I am very disappointed that I can not contact anyone in this company as far as I can tell. Does anyone have a contact number? thanks for your help.
