It might be a problem with your bank transferring the refund. Check with the bank and tell them that you are expecting a refund.
Well, at least my bank does this all the time when I’m expecting a refund from any place. For my bank, it usually takes 21 days to process it. The bank might see it in their system, but you don’t see it on your account. They explain that they do it for security reasons. -
