  Hi, I would like to enquire about the refund policy for the business plan in the event that I do not find the plan profitable for my blog.
  i) Am I able to get a full refund for the entire bill even if I have started using the plan?
  ii) In the event that I do not change the domain name for my site, am I still entitled to the full refund?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, plans can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.

  ii) In the event that I do not change the domain name for my site, am I still entitled to the full refund?

  You continue to use your free WordPress.com address (example.wordpress.com) and receive a full refund if you cancel the plan within 30 days.

  Custom domains can be refunded within 48 hours of purchase. If you used the domain credit to register a new domain and the refund period for that domain has passed, you would receive a refund for the plan — minus the domain costs.
