  I would like to ask for a refund on my WordPress package I don’t think I have received the refund even though I requested it within the 30 days. I use it to develop a charity school website and would appreciate if you could send me an email on what I can do.

  Please reply there in case you need that ARN number that @kokkieh mentioned.
