  Hi,

  I upgraded my account from free to premium ($99) and then from premium to business ($199).

  Then I canceled my business subscription (got $199 refunded) and got switched to the free plan instead of falling back to the premium plan.

  I’m basically missing $99 refund for the premium plan I originally subscribed to.

  Please let me know if you need any more information about my account.
