I have activated today premium. I want to cancel subscription and i want total refund . What can i do?

have I to wait 7-10 business days for refunds? Or Should I ask for a refund in the specification?

I have processed that refund for you and canceled your upgrades. Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement. This is not a delay on our end of things, it is simply the amount of time it can take for banks to apply refunds to your account. There is nothing we can do to speed this up and it is the same as any refund processed by any merchant.

Thank you very much. I ask another question. Should I ask refund ( 73 euro + 26 ) in the special window ” billings chronology” ? Or the total refund show up on my statement automatically?
