Refund Premium Plan

  Hi,

  I bought the premium plan and then bought the business plan, in the same day. Both don’t have all the features we need for the website so it ordered the refund of the two plans, however it was only refunded the purchase of the business plan (199 eur), so ask you also to refund the premium plan worth 99 eur, acquired on 07 / 08, Receipt ID: 13747950, PayPal Ref: 3EW59897TC097764B.

  Hi there,

  Sorry about that! I just refunded the remaining €99 for the premium plan. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt now in your Billing History.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
