Refund, premium upgrade transfer

  Hi. I have two domains registered, wearingmytravelshoes.wordpress.com and thehardhatjournal.com. Today I purchased an upgrade for the wearingmytravelshoes blog in order to customise it, for 35AUD. However I then realised I can just transfer my Premium upgrade from thehardhatjournal to wearingmytravelshoes, which I did. Therefore I no longer require the customize upgrade. It is not showing up in my upgrades. However I received an email from PayPal saying my payment has been processed. Could I please cancel it and get a refund?

  Also, I would like to use the domain feature to change my wearingmytravelshoes.wordpress.com to wearingmytravelshoes.com, since I now have a premium upgrade on it. How do I do this? I don’t need to have it on thehardhathournal any more

  Hi there,

  I’ve gone ahead and refunded you the $35AUD for the Custom Design which you paid for wearingmytravelshoes.wordpress.com.

  In regard to the custom domain credit which comes with the premium upgrade, since you have already used that to purchase the domain “thehardhatjournal.com,” that credit cannot be re-instated. The only thing which you can do is purchase a new domain for wearingmytravelshoes.wordpress.com. Sorry for that inconvenience!
