refund problem

Hi,
the same day I first got the premium upgrade and then the business upgrade, so I first paid 99 dollars and then 199 instead of 299 for the business. Then I wanted to cancel both but in the confirmation email it only stated 199 and there are now no upgrades listed on the page. Could you please refund me the 99 dollars ? thank you!

It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
