Refund Problem

  Hi – Ive tried cancelling and hit the refund button but the email is now saying to contact support as there is an issue with the refund. Please help

  I have been charged $129 to my bpay account for an old account which I thought had been deactivated. I no longer want the account and had no idea it was set to auto deduct.

  The transaction that went through recently has been voided. You shouldn’t be charged, and if you notice it on your statement, it should be removed by your bank in the coming days.
