refund problem

  hi, 2 weeks ago i bought 2 premium plans for 2 sites http://www.7diesvinaros.com and http://www.7diesbenicarlo.com (99eurosx2) , but early this weeek i cancelled both. Today i just checked my bank account and got 1 refund only , and that refund was only 73 euros.
