Refund problem

Hello There,
At the end of september (the 27Th) I asked for a cancellation of my account.
I received an email but not the money (99€). I’m little worry about this.
Someone could tell me if it’s normal?

Typically refunds take about ten days to make their way back to you. I can see that we processed yours on 2017-09-26 .
The best thing to do now is to contact your financial partner and ask them how it will be listed on your statement (if at all) and when you can expect for them to deposit the money in to your account.
