Refund problem

    Hi guys,
    I have made a refund for an annual Plan.
    The point is I payed for this plan with an Online Revolut Card, which is deleting himself after usage.

    How can they refund if my payment card was deleted already from my Revolut account?
    Can they refund me or I should contact someone?

    How can I contact someone? I don’t find any email address for financial issues.

  • Hi! We can only refund to the account that was charged. Generally if you cancel a card in between a purchase and refund, you’ll want to get in touch with the card. company or bank to see how they will get the refund to you.
