  Hi – I just cancelled my plan and was refunded £240 but immediately £189 was taken from my PayPal balance?!

  If you don’t know what those £189 is about, check it at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You find on the same page a form to contact the Billing Team.

  Hi there,

  I can confirm we processed a refund for you earlier today for £240. You can see the receipt for that transaction at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  But I don’t see any further charges for your account. Our PayPal account also shows no other charges for the PayPal account under your email address after that £240 charge on 29 March.

  Are you sure this charge is from us? £189 isn’t the cost of any upgrade we sell.

  You can copy the transaction ID from that charge on your PayPal statement, and enter that into the form at the page @staartmees provided above to confirm whether or not that charge is from us.
