    I reviewed your account and saw you requested a domain transfer. It looks like those charges weren’t reversed after cancellation, so I’ve refunded the remaining $13 to your account for a full refund.

    Refunds usually take 7–10 business days to process, though credit card refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles. International refund times can vary, so please check with your bank if needed.
