Refund problems
-
Hi,
I had wanted to try the premium wordpress for 14 days after which I bought the premium plan. But now I discovered that I cannot create my own store on my post or pages and neither can I add google analytics. So I clicked on the cancellation option only to surprised. It says that I am not eligible for a refund because my purchase is counted from the day when I started the trial (8th September) and not when I purchased it (22nd September).
I could not find a way to directly communicate with any support personnel. So I am posting for help here. Please let me know how can I claim my refund.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’m sorry for the trouble you had canceling WordPress.com Premium. I can cancel and refund that for you.
However, I want to ask you about your domain tuskasc.com. Since you registered that with your WordPress.com Premium plan, you have two options:
1. I can cancel everything (including the domain) and send you a full refund. Please keep in mind that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future, so only do this if you’re sure you don’t want to the use the domain anymore.
2. I can cancel WordPress.com Premium but leave your domain. In that case, I can send you a $73 refund ($99 minus $26, the cost of domain registration and private registration). If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you can move the domain to a new host.
Please let me know which you’d prefer and I can take care of that for you.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I want to opt for option 2 as I want to use the domain elsewhere.
Also, how long will it take to get the refund in my card?

Thanks for confirming that. I issued the $73 refund, so it’s already done on this end. However, it can sometimes takes 1-2 weeks for your credit card company to process the refund and show it on your statement.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help!

Yep, your blog is currently at http://tuskasc.wordpress.com/ since that’s the primary domain on the blog.
