REFUND PROBLEMS

Hi – I made two transactions. One transaction for the personal blog and the second transaction to upgrade to premium. I then decided to refund the entire package. I got an email saying I would get the full refund but when I look at my transaction history, with the two seperate transactions, my first purchase of the personal package has no billing info supplied (I think this is because after purchasing the plan I removed my card details, now when I want a refund, the money has no where to go as it’s not showing on the receipt) the other package, has got my billing info on and looks like it is pending in my bank to be returned. So to conclude, the second package refund seems okay, but the first package, I haven’t received my refund because I think the money doesn’t know where to go as there is no billing info, please can you help?!
