Refund Process

  Hello,

  I upgraded my site and then refunded later that evening. It has been a couple of days, and the money has been shown to be subtracted from my Paypal account then ‘refunded.’ Does this mean that they never took it out to begin with? Keep in mind, I only use my paypal for purchasing, so the balance stays at 0 while it is hooked to my bank account.

  Basically, will the money be taken from my account then refund applied, or will nothing happen?
