Refund process

    I would like to follow up my refund. Until this day’s I haven’t received any refuns from you. It has been said from your email that would take 7 to 10 days but til now I did not receive a refund. Any update on this please?

    Hi there!

    Your refund was likely processed as a reversal.

    This means the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank. The original charge should have simply disappeared from your bank statement without a refund being issued.

    Please check your statement to see if the original issue is still there, and in case of doubts, reach out to your bank for more details.
