Hello there!
After reviewing your billing history (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing), it seems that all transactions made were refunded. However, you still have an active Professional Email subscription set to renew in May, which you can view in your active purchases (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases) page. If you no longer wish to keep this email account, you’ll need to cancel it before the May renewal date to avoid additional charges.
If you’re missing a transaction in your billing history, it’s possible that it’s associated with a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re currently logged into.
To assist you further, please provide us with the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. This will help us identify the transaction and offer you the necessary support.
To locate the transaction ID, check your bank statement for a charge labeled “WordPress” followed by a ten-digit alphanumeric code, such as “WordPress XXXXXXXXXX.” If you only see a partial transaction ID, you may need to contact your bank directly to obtain the complete ID.
If the charge on your bank statement doesn’t match this format, it’s possible that the transaction wasn’t made on WordPress.com.
I hope this explanation clarifies things for you! Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or concerns.
