Refund, Purchase a Different Domain

    Refund on purchase paleamoutua.com
    Instead I want to purchase aleamoutua.com

    It’s confusing me though that I paid using Paypal for the former domain name, but I neither got a receipt, nor does the URL show that I am using it.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    it does not look like paleamoutua.com was registered –

    Look at

    Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades – if you were charged you can get a refund here

    Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History

    I have also flagged this for the staff to review your account –

    you should be able to go ahead and buy aleamoutua.com – if you want while you wait for the staff – the staff have a good record of fixing these things so you only pay for what you receive –

    You had registered aleamoutua.com but it seems that has been canceled and refunded. Canceling a domain means you completely give up ownership of the domain and can take up to 35 days before it will become available to register somewhere.

    To register a new domain go to Store > Domains on your blog’s dashboard and follow the steps there. Note that it’s also possible to register .net .org or .me domain names.
