Hello
To get the refund please refer to this Support page here: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#how-to-get-a-refund
Note that After processing, refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statementRegards

@jhjinresearch: Your WordPress.com Personal plan and domain registration for
enjoy-the-uncertainty.comwere renewed on November 13, 2021. By default, WordPress.com plans, domains, and other subscriptions are set to automatically renew to ensure there’s no disruption in your services, loss of features, or loss of your custom domain name.It looks like you cancelled your subscription on December 2, 2021, which was outside our refund policy window of 14 days for yearly plans and 96 hours for domain registrations. Since you were outside our refund window, no refund was issued when you cancelled your plan.
We can restore your plan and domain if you want to use them for the remainder of your plan term – you can use your domain on another website or service as well.
Hope that clarifies things.
@amirudra789 please be careful in advising on billing issues when you don’t have Staff access to billing information. Thanks.
