Refund Purchases

    Hi there,
    Recently I have purchases the starter plan and unfortunately due to many reason, I have cancelled it after one day.
    As per the company policy, I should have received the full refund within few days. As of now, it has been weeks that the refund is not showing in my account. Can you please follow up on this and I would be more than gald.
