Refund Query

  Hi Team,

  I cancelled my subscription yesterday, although, I got a email saying amount is refunded, I see the amount in debit on my account in yesterday’s date. I don’t understand why, I purchased the package on 10th and cancelled on 11th so shouldn’t it show as credit?

  Typically, refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  It seems like the transaction for the cancellation is still being processed by your bank. I recommend keeping an eye on your account over the next few days.
