Refund Question

  I canceled my Premium and they said I would receive 88.80 to my bank account by my paypal was only credited: Original transaction details Description Unit price Qty Amount WordPress.com Personal for http://staceythompsoncapstone.wordpress.com Item #: 1009 $40.80 USD 1 $40.80 USD /Note.
  This is from my chat with WP when I canceled: WP.comMon, Feb 19, 3:05 AM I have canceled the Premium plan and have also refunded $40.80 and the $48 you paid for Personal plan and then upgrade amount for Premium plan you paid. So in total I have refunded $88.80 to your bank account.

  Hi there –

  We can only process the refund back to the original source.

  The account shows 2 refunds processed on 2018-02-09 . The first for $48 and second for $40.80.

  It’s possible that this will come through in 2 installments. My suggestion is to contact PayPal and inquire with them about when they’ll be releasing the money to you.
