  Hello! The support and expert teams were amazing while building my site. However, I realized that the WP.com platform required far too much customization for the needs of my client, and we had to go with Squarespace. Although the service was great, and well worth the ~$44, I would appreciate a refund as we will not be able to use the site after all. Can you help me to resolve this?
