Refund question

  I turned off my automatic renewel and I was still charged for the renewal anyways. The refund was place and the account was cancelled as requested, I have an email showing the live chat logs, and I need to know if the refund has gone through on WordPress’ side, and if not I need to know how long it will take for the refund to be put through.

  I checked and the refund was indeed processed on 7/22. It can take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your bank statement.
