Refund question

  I want to upgrade to the pro version. But what if I sent an amout of bitcoin larger than the required amount? Can I get the bitcoins back? Should I contact Bitpay ? How to do the refund?

  You’ll only be able to send us the exact equivalent amount of Bitcoins at time of purchase.

  If you do request a refund, you’ll receive the exact equivalent amount of Bitcoins at the time of refund.

  It all depends on the Bitcoin exchange rate at the time of each action.
