refund receipt

i purchased a 99€ premium plan – i then cancelled this via chat support – the plan has been removed from the account, however i did not receive documentation / receipt / notice for the cancellation – where do i find this? (need it for the accountant!)

thanks for your reply! yes i did take a look at the information in the support document. however this is not the way i cancelled the subscription, i spoke to a customer support representative via the chat window. Hence the billing history window is also empty.
I will try sending an email to help@wordpress.com! had missed that line last time i read through the support document.

Hi there,
It looks like you paid via an echeck, and cancelled the echeck before the payment had cleared. In other words, we never had your payment to start with, meaning there is nothing for us to refund.
If the payment is still showing up on your PayPal account, I suggest you follow up with them as the cancellation might not have gone through on their end yet.
