I definitely didn’t mean to post this publicly sorry! The form made it seem like I was contacting support “happiness engineers”. And now I don’t see anyway to remove the comment either. This is quite the system!

For free sites on WordPress.com we offer support here in our public forums. Private support is afforded under the Business Plan, which I can confirm you have cancelled and is no longer listed: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Please note that the refund period for monthly plan upgrades is 7 days but in this case the cancellation you made happened outside of that period, so no refund was processed. I can however confirm that there are no pending charges and no active upgrades on your account.

I have written confirmation that a refund exemption was granted. Is there a way to contact a customer service person directly being that this is a personal matter and not a public forum issue?
