    I paid 96 and the refun sent is 78,kindly complete transaction

    I’ve flagged this thread for Staff attention concerning the refund, but it sounds like you registered a custom domain with your plan and that would normally be eligible for a refund within 96 hours of registration. Staff will advise you about this. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.

    Domain transfers are not eligible for a refund because the domain is then required to stay registered with us for 60 day minimum. That’s the difference in the refund and purchase price that you’re inquiring about.
