  Hi, its been more than 10 days and still no refund has been processed in my account

  Hi there, as mentioned in our support guide to refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/#how-will-you-refund-my-payment it can take 7-10 business days and sometimes longer for international refunds and credit card purchases. Your refund will be returned to the same method you used to make the payment. Hope that helps.

  Hi there,

  We processed your refund on 16 August, but we don’t control how long your bank or credit card company takes to process the transaction on their end, or how they indicate it on your statement. Please contact them directly if your refund is not reflecting yet on their end.
