Refund Renew

  I clicked on ‘renew’ and it cost me $96 in addition to $96 of domain registation . But when I cancel my subscription, the refund is just $96 where is the other $96. Please help!

  Hi hanhucommerce,

  I see one of our Happiness Engineers replied to your email earlier today and confirmed two $96 refunds have been sent. There is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  As they mentioned, refunds can take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement — but banks outside the US may require more time for processing. Please contact your bank if it hasn’t arrived after that time and they should be able to confirm how long processing will take on their side.

  But rest assured, the refund is on its way.
