Refund Request

  I just purchased the blog learningitalltoday.wordpress.com which turns out I did not need it. So I need to get a refund. I am unsure how to follow the refund policy since the contact form is offline saying “you guys are working”. What do I need to do to get my refund processed before the refund period expires?

  What did you purchase? I don’t see a custom domain name or domain mapping, only the basic WordPress.COM free blog.
