Refund Request

  Hi,

  I cancelled my existing domain purchase subscription for 1 year last Wednesday December 3, 2014.

  I was wondering when and how I will get that refund because I did not get any confirmation e-mail.

  The only confirmation records of anything is the actual payment made for $13.00, but I nothing about cancellations.

  I no longer even have an option to cancel it. I would like to speak to someone directly, but since you guys have not provided any support phone number nor a tech support e-mail, I don’t know what to do. It has been 5 days now and I still do not see my refund in my account.

  Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there.

  @timethief I understand that and I did make my refund request within 48 hours if not LESS. However, I did not receive an e-mail to confirm the cancellation or any confirmations for the cancellations at all, so how do I know that my request for a refund has gone through?

  Check the My Upgrades page of the dashboard.

  I’m sorry for the trouble with your refund! It looks like the original refund didn’t go through properly, so I just issued you a full refund. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help!

  You’re welcome! :)

  That’s right, it’s $13. It can sometimes take 1-2 weeks for refunds to show up on your bank account — that mostly depends on how long it takes the bank to receive and process the refund.
