I just figured it out how to cancel my premium upgrade today and I did the cancellation but I see that the 99$ was charged from my credit card today as well.
I read on the forum that I have to make a cancel request to get a refund but I don’t know how to do it. Please help me with the refund. Thank you very much.

Hi there,
The $99 charge that went through was an authorization charge, preparing for the product to be fully purchased tomorrow. I’ve voided that charge, and since you cancelled the product no further charges will go through.
Your bank will remove the voided authorization charge, usually within 2 to 3 business days.
